All of our project managers are certified with a minimum of 15 years' experience. They know traditional, agile and hybrid methodologies and, more importantly, they know how to follow the BPMO principals of leadership and project documentation minimalism.
For complex projects, we recommend a business analyst to drive the collection/documentation of the projects business requirements and facilitate testing. While often overlooked, this role is essential for laying the foundation the project will operate on for the life of the project.
For larger projects, we recommend a project coordinator who can focus on task tracking and standard documentation. This frees up the project manager to focus on the larger and more complex issues that drive the project to completion.
