What you don't see behind that list of bullet points is that it was all earned the hard way...working full time, sometimes multiple jobs, going to college full time, and starting a new family at the green age of 19. Many lessons learned along the way, but fortunate and focused enough to stay in the same field of practice called "Project Management" as a Project Manager and, now, PM Coach.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. I love to learn different personalities and understand as many different people as possible, which is where the liquor of life is found.
For me, working a while as a Project Manager, project management is a mindset more than a science. It is not an "input >> process >> output" methodology. It is the art of how we interact with the world around us in such a way that we always improve ourselves and those around us.

In this time, a great my passion was discovered for knowledge while learning from others in the process. One of my repeated mantra's is that project management is more than a standard framework; it’s the intentional application of organized skillsets combined with personal experiences that help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
Teaching executives, working adults, students of all ages, and people who have made the decision to change something significant about their current situation is motivational.
